- All the items sold here are brand new and should reach you in perfect condition. if there are any problems you should notify us within 7 days of reciept.
- Some items are dispatched directly from the manufacturer and may take longer then our normal delivery time of 7-10 days
- If your order is returned to us for whatever reason (unless faulty) there will be a restocking charge of 10% plus the cost of postage and packaging.
- Your card statement will show that your payment has been made to Silver Imprints Ltd. This is due to the fact that Silver Imprints Ltd is the parent company of Traditional Gifts and Toys.
